Welcome to the opening of the exhibition on Tuesday 4.2.2025 from 17:00 to 19:00.
Deep and black depths of the ocean, turquoise corals, red and yellow skies – these are the colors of the mystical worlds in my exhibition. Paintings are spread on gallery walls creating a cinematic space, one painting continues into another one, colors spread over the edges of the art works and the viewer is invited to cross over an unseen horizon into a visual and silent world. Yet behind another horizon there is another one as the movement is from down up, from the deep to yellow skies. Optical layers and shades combined with brush strokes create an impression of movement and natural elements.
From a man’s point of view nothing exists unless he has seen or conquered it. Humans go everywhere, they want to drill oil from Antarctic, live in space, dive into the depths of the Atlantic and build tunnels through mountains.
Yet not everything be tamed. Wild nature and faraway places which are unreachable still exist. Luckily there still are places we people do not know that they even exist.
Some secrets are better left unveiled.
